How to Make 1000 Times Egg Pancake

Other than watching Netflix, quarantine can also improve your cooking skill. Many netizens recently has completed the “400 times coffee challenge” (aka “Dalgona coffee challenge”) and already show off their masterpiece onto FB or IG. This time, a new game, “1000 times egg pancake challenge” (aka “Souffle omelette challenge”) has come, which is a yummy, Souffle liked pancake with a creamy texture. Here I am going to show you the most simplest way to make it.

This Souffle omelette’s ingredient is just egg !! Lets check out the steps:

What? that easy?

1. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites.

2. Hand whisk the egg whites for 1000 times with your powerful arm! Stir until it becomes semi-solidified.

Stir it exactly 1000 times!

3. Put the egg yolks back into egg whites, fold them gently until they are combined.

4. pre-heat a non-stick pan over low heat with some oil.

5. Add the batter to the pan, cover it and cook gently for 3-5 minutes.

6. Fold the pancake into half.

7. Keynotes to success:
– Ensure the container and tool are dry, otherwise the egg whites cannot be solidified.
– Spread the oil evenly in the pan with tissue paper, extra oil will crack the pancake’s skin.
– Must cook with pan cover covered, the steam will cook the surface of the pancake.
– Cook over extremely low heat. If you want a harder texture, cook for 5-8 minutes.
