How to Make 1000 Times Egg Pancake

Here I am going to show you the most simplest way to make it.

This Souffle omelette’s ingredient is just egg !! Lets check out the steps:

What? that easy?

1. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites.

2. Hand whisk the egg whites for 1000 times with your powerful arm! Stir until it becomes semi-solidified.

Stir it exactly 1000 times!

3. Put the egg yolks back into egg whites, fold them gently until they are combined.

4. pre-heat a non-stick pan over low heat with some oil.

5. Add the batter to the pan, cover it and cook gently for 3-5 minutes.

6. Fold the pancake into half.

– Ensure the container and tool are dry, otherwise the egg whites cannot be solidified.
– Spread the oil evenly in the pan with tissue paper, extra oil will crack the pancake’s skin.
